HFA Online - My HFA

Affiliated publishers with an HFA online account can access various online tools designed to assist with data analysis and catalog management:

POLI+ – Review and approve pending license requests, review executed licenses, review catalog data and licensing details on a song level, and download statement files.
Authorizations – Review and participate in HFA’s many new optional licensing opportunities.
Monthly Consolidated Royalty Statements – Access vouchers, images and statements in PDF format.
Reports – Access Licensing, Income Tracking, Song Registration and Song Catalog Reports.
Video Link Notification Tool – Notify HFA of unclaimed YouTube videos (can only be accessed by publishers participating in the YouTube agreement).
eSong/eSong Bulk – Submit catalog additions or changes electronically.
